viscose staple fibre rayon
filament complete equipment
1.
Scope of
supply
Taking
linter pulp and wood pulp as main raw material, the production plant with a
production capacity of 30kt/a viscose staple fibre, including the process
equipment and piping materials (without heat insulation materials),
instrumentation, electricity, air conditioning equipment and spare parts for
the four workshops of dope (including lye station), spinning and after
treatment, acid station and carbon disulfide preparation.
The
civil, lighting, fire fighting, domestic water supply and drainage for the
workshops are not included in the scope of offer.
Utility
facilities are not included in the scope of offer.
The
plot plan and the aboveground and underground piping in the plant site are not
included in the scope of offer.
The
engineering design for the above mentioned four workshops: the procurement and
transportation (FOB) of equipment and materials, technical training, technical
service, start up and performance guarantee.
Not included
in the present offer are geological survey, civil works and the erection work
(and erection materials) for equipment, piping, insulation, instrument,
electricity and air conditioning, etc.
3. Battery limit
The battery
limit is an imaginary boundary which ends one meter outside the unit or
building.
For electricity,
the battery limit starts from the output terminal of low voltage distribution
panel.
The
connection point for incoming utility piping (including water drainage
pipeline) entering into the battery limit from underground is 0.5 meter above
ground level.
