Process: The product is made from polyvinyl alcohol, manufacturing by dissolving, wet spinning and formalization treatment.

 

Properties: Good hygroscopicity property, similar as to cotton, high tenacity, good wear resistance, also good corrosion resisting and lightfastness.

Major Applications:

It is used for unmixed spinning or blend spinning with other chemical fibers or cotton. It can also be used to produce canvas, tarpaulins, filter cloth, decorating cloth, towel base fabric, geotextile, fishing net, and mooring rope, etc.

Packing :

200kg net each in PP woven bags tightened with five strips of baling belt.

Dimension: 1020mm x 800mm x 600mm

 

Storage:

Separately stored in dry, cool ventilated warehouse equipped with fire-fighting facilities according to different types, grades and lot.

 

Transportation: products with rainproof are suitable for rail, road and river transportation.

 

Safe handling and precaution:

  1. Keep away from fire.
  2. Can not be transported or stored together with chemicals such as oil, acids, alkali and wet articles.
  3. Handle gently when loading and unloading.
  4. Proper measures should be taken to avoid packing belts breaking during hoisting.
