Nylon 6 Dipped Tire Cord Fabric
Product characteristics
: the product has resistance to abrasion and fatigue, high tenacity, low density, high adhesion strength and impact strength, and so on. Adding a heat stabilizer into the product, as a result it has excellent heat and aging resistance.
Use:
As a perfect reinforcement material the product is used in making different kinds of tires for plane, engineering- truck, car, tractor ect.
Specification: titre count: 1870 dtex/2, 1400dtex/2, 930dtex/2
Physical properties: (product standard: nylon 6 dipped tire cord fabric GB 9102-88)
Package: the fabric is wound on a wooden rod covered by a piece of moisture resistant polyethylene film, then wrapped with Kraft and black polyethylene film, put some moisture resistant agent at both sides of the package fixed with hard wooden Kist , finally tied up tightly by iron tape respective 4 rows in vertical and cross direction.
The product preserved quality storage: half a year.
