BULLET-PROOF PRINCIPLE AND CHARACTORISTICS:

? Unique bullet prevention mechanism: "Hard and soft tactics" reinforced. Of "TF90-54" bulletproof vest, the bullet resisting and protective function is accomplished by both hard bullet prevention layer (HBPL) and soft bullet prevention layer (SBPL). The bullet prevention layer is made up of "911" high efficiency of super thin bullet resistant steel plates and high strength of bullet prevention fabrics. Both materials are developed by adopting the world leading high technology in metallurgy and chemical fiber with extremely high strength and ductility. When a bullet hits the HBPL, as a result of combined effect of high strength and high ductility, the bullet-resistant steel plates undergo a slight deformation, thus consuming and dispersing 92% of the kinetic energy of the bullet, whereas the rest of its energy is converted into thermal energy, causing transfiguration or breaking of the bullet, this fulfilling the first phase of "Hard and soft tactics" in the whole process of bullet prevention. Simultaneously, the SBPL exercises the "Hard and soft tactics" on the energy of the bullet absorbed by the HBPL, thus under the impact of double "Hard and soft tactics", totally disseminating and consuming the energy of the bullet.

? Extraordinary protective effect to human body against bullet: No non-penetration blunt injuries will be inflicted; you can rest assured. Although the bullet-proof garment popularly made of soft bullet-proof material in the world are characterized by fairly good resistance of bullet penetration and comfortable wearing, yet, once the wearer is hit by a bullet he will be inflicted severe non-penetration blunt injuries. Our adoption of advanced bulletproof material and rational arrangement of bullet-proof system has integrated the whole process of bullet prevention and energy absorption by the human body, thus once for all eliminating the non-penetration blunt injuries to human body.

? Extraordinary relationship of covering area and wearing weight: the largest covering area, the least weight. Of all the bullet-proof garments passing the Grade IIIA of NIJ Standard test, our vests possess the best proportion between covering area and wearing weight.

　

　

INTRODUCTION TO BODY ARMOR PRODUCTS:

"TF90-54" bullet-proof vest: being able to effectively prevent injuries inflicted upon the vital parts of human body such as chest, back, abdomen and waist by bullets of 54 Model Pistol fired at any close range with the bullet core weighing 5.6 gram, an impacting velocity of 440m/sec, and a muzzle kinetic energy of 490 Joule. Checked and tested by authoritative institutions, "TF90-54" bullet-proof vest can effectively withstand the injuries inflicted by all the bullets listed Grade IIIA of NIJ standard.

"TF90-79" bullet-proof vest: can effectively prevent injuries inflicted upon human body by steel-core bullets fired at any close range by 54 Model pistol, or lead-core bullets and steel-core bullets by 79 Model mini Tommy gun fired at the distance equal to or more than 10m.

Lead-core bullet of 79 Model mini Tommy gun: weight of bullet core 5.6 gram; impacting velocity 515m/sec.; muzzle kinetic energy 700 Joule.

Points of attention and suggestion for choosing proper bullet-proof vests:

A. Choose a bullet-proof vest of the right type according to your requirement. Generally Chinese police are advised to use mainly the "TF90-54" bullet-proof vest. Under special circumstances, they can also choose "TF90-79" bulletproof vest. A reference list for the different bullet-proof level is provided as follows.

B. Remove all the hard metal objects such as pen, key etc before you put on the vest. After you put it on, please fix the bullet-proof vest in position by fastening the nylon button so that it forms part of the complete protective system with the human body against the bullet.

C. After washing the cover, please take note that the convex side of the bullet-proof steel plate is where the bullet hits while reinstalling the HBPL.

D. All the materials used in the manufacture of bulletproof vests have gone through fake-prevention process. If bulletproof materials need to be replaced, please contact us directly.
