PP
steel-wire-like organic fibers are manufactured by special processing
technology. With the special surface configuration and strong combination with
the concrete, the fibers can be used to partly take the place of steel fibers
in some constructions, and effectively reinforce concrete, improve the impact
resistance, fatigue resistance, flexural performance. Compared with the steel
fibers, the PP steel-wire-like fibers are alkali and acid-resistant, safe and
easy to be used, and can avoid being corroded and rust, in addition, the
fibers can reduce rebounding rate in shotcrete and,
increase productivity. In some degree, PP steel-wire-like organic fibers have
advantage over the steel fibers. |
